Organization Spotlight

Each quarter at DBI we donate a percentage of our revenue to support a local or national organization that is doing work consistent with our values.

We recognize that small businesses are not neutral, but are a part of the community, and we want our community to know what we stand for. We want to contribute in a positive way to the real people who live and work in our area. To that end, we donate a percentage of our revenue quarterly primarily to Massachusetts-based organizations, though we do occasionally donate to other regional and national organizations as well.

Mass Audubon

In the first quarter of 2026, we have contributed to Mass Audubon, which is the “largest nature-based conservation organization in New England.” They “protect wildlife, conserve and restore resilient land, advocate for impactful environmental policies, offer nationally recognized education programs for adults and children, and provide endless opportunities to experience the outdoors at [their] wildlife sanctuaries.”
